CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• Any cancellation made 31 days or more before the event will be turned into a credit valid only for 12 months, applicable to the next event (subject to availability).
• The credit has no monetary dollar value and is only redeemable for a registration fee of the less or equal cost prior to confirmation of the amounts paid and contracted services.
• If the entry to the substitute event has a higher cost, the participant must cover the difference at the time of new registration to guarantee their place.
• Cancellations made less than 31 days to an event will result in the loss of fees paid to IADWP for such event(s). Exceptions may apply due to force majeure.
