• Access to networking and one-on-one appointments with vendors
• Welcome and Farewell events.
• Post-conference fam at Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo Resort & Spa (Queretaro), November 10th to 12th.

The main conference program does not include accommodation, transfers, or food. Participants can apply to our Hosted Lodging Program. You can submit your application to this program here

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Any cancellation made 31 days or more before the event will be turned into a credit valid only for 12 months, applicable to a next event (subject to availability).
• The credit has no monetary dollar value and is only redeemable for a registration fee of less or equal cost prior confirmation of the amounts paid and contracted services.
• If the entry to the substitute event has a higher cost, the participant must cover the difference at the time of new registration to guarantee their place.
• Cancellations made less than 31 days to an event will result in the loss of fees paid to IADWP for such event(s). Exceptions may apply due to force majeure.
