Arrivals at Cartagena Airport

Pick up at host hotels, transfer to Estelar Hotel. 

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm:

Simultaneous Training Workshops. 6^th floor, Estelar Hotel.

Meeting point: Estelar Hotel lobby for transfer to welcome cocktail.

5:00 pm:

Transfer to Plaza de la Proclamacion. 

5:20 pm:

Arrival to Plaza de la Proclamacion.

From this point, we will enjoy a short walk through the center of Cartagena to reach the Baluarte of San Francisco Javier.

5:40 pm:

Sunset Soirée: A Welcome to Paradise (Welcome event at Baluarte of San Francisco Javier).

Dress code: Romantic and ethereal. Choose flowy white dresses, maxi skirts, linen shirts, tropical hat and sandals or comfortable shoes.  

8:00 pm:

End of the event. Transfer back to host hotels.

Previous registration is required. Activity opened to all participants. Limited spaces.

8:30 am:

Transfer to Beach Day atHotel Isla del Encanto for Post-conference participants and people registered for this activity only.

At this time, attendees must have checked out of their hotels and have their bags ready and tagged.
To participate in this activity, you must be registered for the Post-Conference FAM or have a flight departing May 2 at 7 p.m. or later. REGISTER HERE

Lunch at El Encanto Island.  

3:00 pm

Transfer back to Cartagena

4:00 pm:

Arrival to the embarcadero at Cartagena:

At the conclusion of the Beach Day activities, transportation will be provided from the Embarcadero to these two locations only:
